une grande serviette

One Big Napkin
Just another thing I love about the French!
They are sooo practical.
You know those wonderful French monogrammed
linen napkins?
They are large! Most measure about 30".
Know why they need big ones?
Well, before you scroll down any further,
grab your French monogrammed napkin.
Your gonna need it honey!

What a lovely Country French Maison!

The entryway...Mirrored Gothic Antique Window Frames
Drooling yet???

Foyer....Now your mouth is starting to water.
Don't know where to look, do you?

Where are your manners? Cover your mouth!!

Anybody around know the Heimlich maneuver ??

Perhaps you need un verre de l'eau.
Gazeuse ou naturel ?

Perhaps you should politely excuse yourself from the table.

Visit the salle de bain........
Not much better in there is it?
Need to lay down?
No, that won't work either.
Let's go outside and get a little fresh air.
I don't know, we might just have to leave !

The photo's are from Provence Luxury Estate,
but if you go, you better get a few more napkins!
Call us if you need some!

Well at least you now know why they have
bigger napkins in France !
Makes sense that they are monogrammed too!
Keep your slobbers to yourself!

A Country French Antique Lover's Dream come true!!

Have a wonderful weekend! Bisou

SHUT UP AND STOP THE PRESSES!

If I don't get my hands on a mirror similar to the one above the bed I will cry myself to sleep for nights on end. HELP ME FIND ONE! I'm so in love!!!

Oh, and that dining table is EXACTLY like one I fell in love with in St Tropez a few months ago....the price tag was beyond my reach. Sigh, Sigh, Swoon, Swoon, Drool, Drool...jaw laying on the floor....

Please excuse me while I fan myself with my large napkin! I am swooning for that large rustic dining room table. That is the table of my dreams for my future studio. Now I need to go lie down. ~ xoxo ~ Joy

Beautiful house and antiques but a little too beige for me, they need me to come over and add some plants and colored throw pillows. 'Scuse me while I go pack my bags and dig out my passport!

I'm going to tie ribbons on my napkin and then call it a bib- and then call it a day.
You crack me up- great post!!

Sorry but I had to trade in my napkin for a body towel. My favorite is the stunning piece against the wall in the dining room. I love pieces with lots of compartments and that one fits the bill perfectly. Just perfection.

Today is my birthday and you are cordially invited to my party down by the river. Wear loose fitting clothes and don't drive due to the excessive amounts of food and champagne that is on offer.
